OMA Logistics Ghana Distribution Centre opens for business

OMA Logistics Ghana’s new owned dedicated customs bonded warehouse (Distribution Centre) opened it’s doors last week in Tema.

We were delighted to handle the first batch of containers from regular clients, the container photographed below is from long term client CFR Freight and was the first to be handled as the ribbon was cut!

This dedicated facility is situated in a secure area with excellent access – just 10 minutes (4km) from Tema port with good connections to Accra (26km from Kotoka International Airport). Our warehouse operators are fully trained to meet the highest HSSE (Health Safety Security & Environment) standards and are ISO certified.

The warehouse offers a total of:
Indoor space : 1340 m2 of bonded, 700 m2 of non-bonded
Outdoor space : 5000 m2 of bonded, 3000 m2 of non-bonded

OMA  can now offer smart warehouse solutions at an additional cost to allow full stock management and delivery services matched to customers requirements.  Other services include:

• Storage solutions for per pallet / per day goods
• Re-bagging, re-packaging and palletising services
• Delivery & distribution services

We are able to support all companies operating in Ghana with specific focus on  FMCG, supply chain logistics, electronics, pharmaceuticals, spare parts, retail, consignment stock and LCL cargoes.

We also offer managed solutions on behalf of clients for: bulk cargoes, project shipments and general goods storage.
