OMA Senegal invests in key training
A motivated workforce with engaged employees can increase performance by some 147% according to industry expert Blake Morgan. At OMA our staff are our most important asset and investing in training and education for our staff is at the heart of our business.
OMA Logistics Senegal ran a series of staff training courses recently, focusing on safety at work, this training also forms part of our process to achieve ISO certification.
This month training focussed on Individual and collective protection training – an awareness on personal protective equipment (use of safety gear such as helmets, safety shoes, protective gloves etc) and firefighting.
We also run English classes for staff. Although Senegal is a french-speaking country, many of our international clients are from english speaking countries so continual language development for staff ensures the best communications all round.
