Public Notice – Recruitment Fraud Alert

It has come to our attention that certain individuals are fraudulently using the name of OMA Group, including fake employment letters, company letterheads, and forged signatures of company executives, to deceive members of the public with false job offers and recruitment interviews.

We wish to state clearly that OMA Group does not issue employment offers without a formal recruitment process, which includes official application procedures and interviews conducted through verified company communication channels.

To help protect yourself, please note the following:

  • OMA Group will never request payment, processing fees, or financial information in exchange for employment opportunities.
  • All official communication from OMA Group is conducted through authorized company email domains and official platforms only.
  • Any recruitment message sent from unofficial email addresses should be treated as suspicious.

We strongly advise the public to remain vigilant and avoid sharing personal, financial, or sensitive information with unknown individuals claiming to represent OMA Group.

If you receive any suspicious job offer or recruitment communication claiming to be from OMA Group, please verify directly through our official communication channels before taking any action.

OMA Group will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from dealings with fraudulent individuals or unofficial recruitment agents.
