Introduction of billing system for loading/unloading of crude oil at offshore installations in Ghana’s territorial waters
With effect from 26 October 2022, the Ministry of Transport and the Ghana Maritime Authority, in collaboration with Messrs Kusart Maritime Services Ltd., will introduce a billing system for loading and offloading of crude oil at all floating production, storage & offloading installations in Ghana’s territorial waters.
The applicable Terminal and Berth Occupancy charges which will apply from this date can be found in the following self-explanatory letter, together with details of the billing platform which will be used by the Ministry of Transport.

The applicable charges must be paid prior to vessel berthing.
