OMA History

In 1982, Captain Monty Jones established  a tugboat company in Lomé, Togo, called Togo Oil & Marine (TOM). OMA was created four years later to provide port agency services for the tugboats at the port of Lomé. Gary Miller then joined OMA in 2007 as Managing Director and shareholder with the mission to expand OMA. Since then, the Group has expanded both geographically and across business sectors, and now employs over 200 staff across 10 offices in 6 countries.
